Course Description: The PLAAFPs webinar is designed for both new and veteran special education staff who are responsible for completing and/or contributing to the IEP document PLAAFPs section(s). During this session, we will discuss the components that go into the IEP PLAAFPs and how to ensure that PLAAFPs are data-driven so that IEP goals can be developed based upon the data contained in the PLAAFPs.
Learning Objectives:
Learner will explain the difference between “descriptive” and data-driven PLAAFPs
Learner will understand that well-written PLAAFPs guide baseline and goal development
Learner will apply knowledge learned to accurately complete IEPs with data-driven PLAAFPS that ensure measurable baseline data for IEP goal(s).
